In article 2200097, J. Wang, D. Li, Q. Xu, H. C. Liang, X. Zhang, S.-B. A. Chen, and N. Jiang prepare platinum/mesoporous silica/amorphous calcium phosphate core-shell nanostructures (Pt@mSiO2@CaP), loaded by doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX), for synergistic chemo- photothermal therapy. The DOX-Pt@mSiO2@CaP is internalized in the lysosomes of U-87 MG cells efficiently releases DOX cells. under near-infrared laser irradiation exhibits an efficient antitumor effect owing to therapeutic effect.
